We will then work through a series of exercises for you to complete at home.

After your appointment I'll provide you with a full written report of your diagnosis and treatment plan, which you can show to your doctor or health care professional.

All patients will have access to our online ‘client lounge’ area which gives you all the after care support you need - including your exercises in video format for review and download.

Once your appointment has been confirmed, please take the time to download and fill out the PDF form below and send back to me. This allows me to review your case before you arrive, giving us more time for your treatment and less on admin!

* please note that I do ask all patients to remove their clothing down to underwear so I can examine the back freely.
