Happy Pain Free Christmas

I would like to wish you all a wonderful Christmas and a pain free 2011.

So, please take care when lifting the turkey in and out of the oven, but also the heavy pots and pans. Do this by pulling in your stomach so as to support your back.

If anyone has a mishap, then please see my previous blog on what to do when your back goes!
