I don't think I can afford Physiotherapy Treatment

I am sure there are many people who believe physiotherapy is beyond their financial means.

If funds are limited come for a 60 or 90min Initial Assessment at £60 or £90 (particularly good if you are travelling quite a distance to see me).

In that appointment I will give you a working diagnosis / hypothesis and you will receive either a hand or foot treatment for your spine.

I will then give you exercises aimed at reducing your pain and increasing your function.

Having come for an assessment you are then able to access the 'Client Lounge' area of my website and my Back Class

• The Client Lounge area password is given to you at your consultation and enables you to access instructional videos for the exercises I am giving you.
• The Back Class is available only to past clients. It is a 45min drop-in class where I teach and monitor you doing the Sarah Key back exercises. The venue is 5mins from  the clinic.  

Most patients feel better when their spine has been assessed and they have an understanding of how to help themselves.

As a result patients often attend for far fewer appointments than they have done previously.
